This position offers in-office hybrid or fully remote flexibility. Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with Fridays off.

About the Role

You will lead a collaborative pre-litigation team and guide clients from intake through settlement disbursement. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on case management clear client communication and strategic negotiation while fostering a positive team dynamic.

What Youll Do

Lead a supportive team of case managers and legal assistants while maintaining a well-organized caseload
Conduct initial consultations and case evaluations with clarity and empathy
Communicate consistently with clients insurance adjusters and medical providers
Draft polished demand letters and negotiate favorable settlements
Maintain accurate and organized documentation within Filevine or a similar CMS
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth comprehensive case handling
Deliver exceptional service throughout every stage of a clients recovery journey

An active license to practice law in Washington
