Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in driving the execution of projects ensuring contractual requirements and customer expectations are met while maximizing results. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Customer Directors Project Teams Line Managers Support Functions) lead and coordinate project activities and manage customer and external stakeholder relationships and much more.
Youll specifically take care of project Quality Cost Delivery Planning (QCDP) and Environment Health & Safety (EHS) accountability but also ensure compliance with Alstoms legal and contractual obligations.
Well look to you for:
Optimizing project financial performance (margin and cash) as the owner of the Project Management Work Package.
Defining project strategy in alignment with contract requirements including Project Management Plan (PMP) development and objectives allocation.
Leading and coordinating project activities from transfer to close-out ensuring proper resource management and team alignment.
Managing risk savings and opportunities proactively to ensure project success.
Overseeing customer and external stakeholder relationships ensuring alignment with contractual requirements.
Ensuring compliance with applicable rules standards and Alstom processes such as EHS Railway Safety and the Project Management Manual.

Masters degree.
Solid experience as a sub-system/component manager qualified project manager or operational scope manager.
Experience working in and with multi-national companies and across diverse business cultures.
Knowledgeable in project management processes and railway products/systems (prefarable).
Strong project management communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership and an entrepreneurial results-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage customer relationships and coordinate multi-site/multi-functional teams.
