ABOUT THE ROLE
Youll manage and deliver regional projects safely on time and to a high standardwhile building strong client relationships and meeting business targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee project delivery in line with contract requirements
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Provide technical and management support
- Manage variations and ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with Ventia systems and safety standards
- Report on progress and collaborate with engineering consultants
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Champion SHEQ and risk management practices
- Lead and engage your team to deliver safely and effectively
ABOUT YOU
- Strong relationship management problem-solving and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and ability to mentor others
- Minimum 5 years project/operations management experience in Electrical/Transmission
- Proven budget and stakeholder management experience
Qualifications:
- Class 1 Drivers Licence
- Tertiary qualification in business or electrical industry (preferred)
