In this roleyoullprovide high-quality administrative support to our innovative Sports and PE teams contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations and helping us deliveran excellentexperience for pupilscolleaguesand parents. Frommaintainingrecords and preparing documents to coordinating communication and supporting school eventsyoullplay a key part in keeping everything running efficiently.
Strong IT skills are essential andyoullbe confident usingthe MicrosoftOffice Suite including Teams Outlook WordExceland bring a calm professional approachgreat communicationskills and the ability to build positive working relationships across the school.
Youllwork primarily within the Sports department while also supporting the wider administration team when needed ensuring a cohesive and collaborative service across the whole school.
