Your impact

Youll be a key player in the Connect domain one of the fastest-growing channels at Mollie. Your direct contribution ensures we maximize the value of our strategic partnerships translating product potential into significant revenue growth across Europe. This is a chance to move fast and own the outcome of a critical expansion vector.

You will manage a dedicated portfolio of SaaS accounts responsible for driving their complete lifecycle. Your focus wont just be retention; its on market expansion and aggressive revenue growth. Youll work cross-functionallycollaborating with teams across Mollie to drive growth for our partners and increase adoption of key products like Mollie Capital in-person payments and moreensuring these accounts thrive and contribute to Mollies overall success.

What youll ship

  • Drive new in-year net revenue from your portfolio of accounts exceeding aggressive growth targets for the Connect channel.

  • Master the churn rate across your managed partners proactively identifying risks and implementing strategies for long-term retention.

  • Increase product adoption across your portfolio by successfully cross-selling high-impact solutions like Mollie Capital and in-person payment tools.

  • Improve technical integration quality in partnership with Solution Engineers and Product Managers to unlock greater value and performance for our SaaS partners.

What youll bring

  • Proven experience in Partner Management or Account Management specifically in a high-growth high-stakes environment.

  • Strong background in Business development with a clear focus on managing and expanding existing accounts (farming).

  • Mastery at networking and relationship building demonstrated by the ability to cultivate high-trust high-value commercial relationships.

  • Comfortable with working with Product teams not just commercial ones and effectively translating partner needs into product feedback and priorities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German & comfortable interacting in English (required).
