Job Description
Manage and optimize device management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune. Ensure endpoint security enforce compliance policies and streamline device lifecycle management. Collaborate with IT security networking and support teams to maintain high service availability and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure Microsoft Intune policies for device compliance configuration and application management.
Manage mobile device and application lifecycle including enrollment updates and retirements.
Monitor endpoint health troubleshoot issues and implement remediation.
Design automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
Collaborate with security teams to enforce zero-trust principles and data protection policies.
Provide end-user support and training on endpoint management best practices.
Maintain detailed documentation including policies procedures and configuration baselines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune administration.
Knowledge of Windows iOS and Android mobile OS platforms and management challenges.
Strong scripting skills for automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
Understanding of security frameworks including zero-trust and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
