Senior Project Manager R&D (dfm)

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and develop international project teams with representatives from Category Management Engineering Design Supply Chain Purchasing and other departments
Act as the central coordinator responsible for project quality on-time deliveryand budget compliance
Ensure high visibility of your projects throughout the organization andmaintain regular direct contact with top management and board level
Participate in initiatives to redefine and improve project management processes methods and tools
Contribute to the development and implementation of a best-in-class project management system that ensures the highest standards of transparency and efficiency

Your profile:

You have a university degree in the field of industrial engineering manufacturing technology business administration or a comparable subject
You have professional experience in the field of technical consumer goods operational functions project management or consulting
You are well-versed with common Google applications and ideally have experience with project-related transactions in SAP/R3
You are a strong communicator with emotional intelligence empathy and intercultural competence
You convince with the ability to work independently and solve complex problems
You are business fluent in German and English (written and spoken); a third language is appreciated
