Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Work Arrangement: On-site
Working Hours: Full-time 8h/day shifts between 09:00-21:00 (Monday-Sunday)

- Guide users through platform features troubleshooting challenges and answering urgent questions
- Collaborate with energetic supportive teammates in a modern international environment

- Fluent in Norwegian and English (spoken & written)
- Strong communicator with top problem-solving abilities
