What will you do
- Guide customers through non-technical troubleshooting for major digital platforms (apps payments media etc.)
- Deliver outstanding support and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
- Collaborate in a dynamic multicultural team

- Fluent in Slovak and English (both spoken and written)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
