About the role:

Our Assistant Store Managers:

• Work closely with the Store Managers in leading the team and managing operations to achieve success
• Available to work Sunday to Thursday
• Coach and develop team members
• Live breathe & role model genuine service creating moments that matter for customers
• Are safety leaders always providing the safest work environment for themselves team members & customers
• Always set a positive example
• Often have opening and closing responsibilities

About you:

• Have previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step
• Strong Leadership Work ethic
• Can Manage a team & delegate tasks to available skill sets
• Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience including sales wholesale and/or workshop operations experience
• Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledge
• Have a flexible availability and hold a valid drivers licence
• Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
• Prioritise safety

Note this role will require lifting bending climbing & safe driving.
