Peak Performance Physical Therapy is expanding our wellness services and looking for a talented licensed Massage Therapist to support patient care recovery and overall well-being. This role is perfect for someone passionate about therapeutic massage injury prevention relaxation techniques and working alongside an established multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
As a Massage Therapist at Peak Performance you will deliver high-quality therapeutic massage services to clients of all ages and activity levels. Youll collaborate with our physical therapists to support patient care plans while also providing stand-alone wellness sessions.
Your goal: help clients feel better move better and live better.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe effective massage therapy using a variety of modalities
Evaluate client needs and create personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with PT staff when appropriate to support patient outcomes
Educate clients on self-care stretching and post-session recommendations
Maintain accurate client charts and records
Create a welcoming calming and professional environment
Stay current with best practices and attend ongoing trainings
Maintain cleanliness organization and compliance with state regulations
Qualifications
Active Michigan Massage Therapy License (required)
Strong clinical skills with a focus on client outcomes
Excellent communication and customer care abilities
Professional reliable and able to work both independently and within a team
Comfortable working flexible hours
Passionate about health wellness and helping others
