What Youll Do
- Support customers via chat email & phone
- Solve account membership and service questions
- Join a full paid training program
- Work closely with supportive team leads
- Maintain high-quality communication
Who Were Looking For
- German level B1 (comfortable communication is enough!)
- Basic English understanding
