About the Role
We are seeking talented and highly motivated multilingual professionals to join our dynamic team in Porto Portugal. We have multiple immediate openings across several key departments focusing on customer interaction financial operations and content management.
This single application allows you to be considered for various specialized roles including:
Content Moderation Specialist
Customer Service Representative
Social Media Support Agent
Junior/Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist
All positions are full-time and based on-site in our modern Porto offices.
Key Responsibilities (Depending on the Role)
Managing and resolving customer inquiries via phone email or chat (Customer Service & Social Media).
Reviewing and ensuring platform content adheres to guidelines and policies (Content Moderation).
Managing financial processes from order fulfillment to cash collection (O2C Specialist roles).
Providing high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction across all channels.
What Were Looking For
The primary requirement for all these roles is fluency in one or more of the following languages in addition to English:
Italian
German
Romanian
French
Dutch
Danish
Mandatory Requirements:
Native or C1 fluency in at least one required language (Italian German Romanian French Dutch Danish).
Professional working proficiency (B2/C1) in English.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Porto Portugal.
Previous experience in Customer Service Operations Finance or Content Review is a strong asset especially for Senior roles.
EU work authorization is preferred.
