What You Will Do

Provide high-quality support to SMB clients via chat email and phone

Adapt quickly to changing needs and continuously develop your knowledge about digital platforms

What You Bring

Turkish language proficiency at C2 level and good command of English (B2 level)
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles
Familiarity with online advertising and social media concepts is a plus
Excellent communication skills: verbal written and active listening
Ability to learn fast and adapt in a dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive client support approach
