Job Summary

Ready to deliver top-notch support in a fast-paced international environment We are looking for Italian-speaking communicators to join our dynamic customer service team in beautiful Lisbon!

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Provide clear solutions and guidance for account and product-related matters
Efficiently resolve issues build trust and ensure satisfaction
Support and educate customers through excellent communication
Share feedback to help us continually improve

Who You Are:

C1 Italian
Confident using computers and digital tools (MS Office skills a plus)
Quick learner able to adapt smoothly to new systems and processes
A positive team player with strong interpersonal skills
Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Available to work full-time onsite in Lisbon Monday to Saturday between 07:00-17:00 (rotational shifts)
Sundays and one additional day off weekly (rotational)
