Job Summary

Your Role:

Support customers across various channels (calls emails chat) with subscription billing and technical inquiries
Deliver empathetic efficient and personalized solutions that build trust and loyalty
Be part of a positive energetic team culture where collaboration and growth are encouraged every day

Who Were Looking For:

Fluent in French (C2 level)
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken French
No prior experience required well train you to become a customer support expert
Candidates based in Porto preferred
