We seek a skilled professional to join our Innovation team and advance Loyens & Loeffs digital transformation.
Your responsibilities as an Innovation Officer include:
act as a change agent and the first point of contact for innovation topics;
investigate and visualise business processes and foster continuous improvement;
design builds or configures new processes products and solutions to address business challenges;
run pilots with practice groups to test the problem-solution fit;
drive adoption of new technological or process solutions across different practice groups including delivery of training;
communicate about Innovation initiatives to internal stakeholders and where appropriate more broadly.
This vacancy suits you because you are/have:
aBachelor or Masters degree in a relevant discipline;
at least 3 years of relevant work experience;
a profile showing demonstrable affinity with digital transformation innovation law or legal technology;
an excellent written and verbal command of the English language (knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus);
you have project management experience;
most of all a team player with well-developed communication skills and a natural talent for inspiring motivating and connecting people in an ever-changing environment.
