About the Role

With clinics in multiple locations across Ireland a well-established educational and psychological services provider in Ireland is seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Psychologist to join their growing team. This role focuses on conducting high-quality assessments for Specific Learning Difficulties (SLDs) including dyslexia dysgraphia and dyscalculia for children aged 8 and above.

You will play a key role in identifying learning needs supporting educational planning and helping individuals reach their full potential through evidence-based recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychoeducational assessments for SLDs in children
Interpret cognitive academic and behavioural data to inform diagnosis and intervention
Prepare comprehensive accessible reports with tailored recommendations
Liaise with families schools and allied professionals to support implementation

Requirements

Recognised qualification in Educational Psychology
Registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI)
Experience in administering and interpreting standardised assessments for SLDs
Strong report-writing and communication skills
A client-centred empathetic approach to assessment and support
