We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is a native Dutch speaker with fluency in English to join our this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Dutch and English
- Address and resolve customer concerns related to products services orders and technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate customer account information and updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and clear communication
Qualifications:
- Native Dutch speaker with fluent English proficiency
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working remotely in a home-office environment
