Job Summary

Job Opportunity: Croatian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Athens

Language Requirement: Fluent in Croatian and proficient in English

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in Croatian

  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Provide information about products services and order status

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service

Requirements

  • Fluent in Croatian (C1 or above)

  • Good level of English (for internal communication)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

  • Comfortable using computers and basic software tools

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Greece and reside there
