Job Summary

360 Recruitment Consultant Construction & Built Environment

Hybrid - London based

We are working with high-performing construction & built environment team in London who are looking for a recruitment consultant to join their tema. Youll step into a warm desk focusing on white-collar roles across construction.

Youll manage the full 360 cycle: developing client relationships taking detailed briefs headhunting candidates managing interviews and offers and growing your own niche market. Roles will span Project & Contracts Managers Quantity Surveyors Site Managers Engineers Designers H&S Pre-construction and commercial professionals.

Youll work closely with experienced consultants and hands-on leadership with clear progression routes either as a high-billing consultant or into team leadership and longer term director-level opportunities.
