Empath Home Health a part of Empath Health is growing! Were expanding our home health services in Pinellas county and looking for a passionate Weekend Baylor RN Registered Nurse to join our team.

Locations: home health visits in Pinellas county (St. Petersburg South Pasadena Clearwater Largo Safety Harbor Dunedin and surrounding areas)

Schedule: This is a Weekend Baylor role requiring full weekends. You decide which schedule below fits your life!

• 3 days (Friday-Sunday OR Saturday-Monday)
• 4 days (Friday-Monday Thursday-Sunday OR Saturday-Tuesday)

What Youll Do

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including OASIS assessments at required intervals
• Develop initiate and revise individualized plans of care as patient needs evolve
• Provide nursing services and/or treatments indicated on plan of care.
• Counsel and educate the patient and family on disease process self-care techniques and prevention strategies.

What Youll Need

• Active Florida RN license
• BSN or higher degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience required
• Home health RN experience required.
• Prefers experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR
• Strong assessment critical thinking and patient education skills
• Ability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
