Job Summary
Virsono Hearing Centers is seeking an experienced Audiologist in our Huntsville Alabama clinic. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role while continuing to provide exceptional patient care within a collaborative ENT partnership environment.
Why This Role Matters
This position plays a pivotal role in expanding Virsonos footprint and ensuring the success of our integrated ENT-Audiology care model. The Clinic Site Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations leading a small audiology team ensuring seamless patient flow and collaborating closely with ENT physicians to deliver an elevated patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care (diagnostic evaluations fittings and follow-ups).
- Lead and mentor on-site Audiology Assistants and support staff.
- Partner with ENT physicians to ensure coordinated high-quality care.
- Oversee clinic performance metrics and drive operational improvements.
- Participate in regional strategy discussions and quarterly business reviews.
Who Were Looking For
- Licensed Audiologist (Au.D. or M.A./M.S.) eligible for Alabama licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience; ENT environment required leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in dynamic fast-growing environments.
- Passionate about patient care and ready to take on broader responsibility.
