Oxbow High School a 7-12 middle/high school located in Bradford Vermont; is seeking a Restorative Student Support Specialist starting immediately. The Restorative Student Support Specialist position is designed to build the capacity of the school building in addressing student management/behavioral issues. The position is designed to assist students who are struggling with low level behavioral management issues/infractions. Under the direction of the building administration the Restorative Student Support Specialist will assist students in the development and implementation of success/restorative plans provide support to students who are struggling with low level behavioral issues/infractions work with classroom teachers to support students in classrooms and work as a liaison between the administration and the parents/family when needed. Interested candidates should complete the school spring application to include: a cover letter resume three current letters of recommendation and college transcripts (undergraduate and/or graduate) if applicable.
