Job Summary
Im partnering with arapidly growing private credit investment managerthats managing amulti-billion-dollar loan portfolioacross single-family and multifamily real estate nationwide. This is a highly respected firm with institutional backing a robust lending platform and a track record of consistent growth.
Were looking for aDirector of Treasuryto take ownership ofenterprise-level liquidity planning funding strategy and treasury operations. This person will play a key role in optimizing capital efficiency across multiple funds managing complex financing structures and leading a high-performing team.

What Youll Do
- Leadshort- and long-term liquidity forecastingacross institutional and retail funds
- Overseewarehouse facilities securitizations and interfund flows
- Managerelationships with banking partners custodians and funding providers
- Develop and executefunding strategiesto improve cost flexibility and efficiency
- Ensure strongcontrols and compliancearound disbursements covenants and reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with Capital Markets Accounting Operations and Servicing teams
- Mentor and grow a skilled treasury team while driving automation and analytics improvements
What You Bring
- 10 years intreasury fund finance or structured finance(private credit or real estate preferred)
- Strong understanding ofwarehouse lines debt covenants and liquidity modeling
- Experience withfund structures including institutional and retail capital flows
- Leadership experience able tobuild and empower teams
- Analytical mindset excellent communication skills and comfort in afast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Familiarity withtreasury tech automation tools or dashboards (Power BI APIs)is a plus
