This position is located in Sheboygan Falls WI and will require commuting to our dealership.

Kennedy Ford Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Master Technician who is Ford-certified and highly skilled in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on customer vehicles with timeliness and precision

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment

• Provide accurate detailed repair documentation and service reports

• Complete all work to the highest manufacturer and dealership standards

• Stay current on Ford and ASE training procedures and certifications

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs service recommendations and timelines

• Collaborate effectively with the service team and maintain a clean organized work environment

• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ford Certification (Required)

• ASE Certification (Required)

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership (Preferred)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician (Master Technician certification preferred)

• Thorough knowledge of automotive systems components diagnostics and repair procedures

• Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and tools

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work efficiently independently and in a fast-paced environment

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
