Flexible Work Schedule
Perform a wide range of mechanical services on customer vehicles with timeliness and precision
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
Provide accurate detailed repair documentation and service reports
Complete all work to the highest manufacturer and dealership standards
Stay current on Ford and ASE training procedures and certifications
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs service recommendations and timelines
Collaborate effectively with the service team and maintain a clean organized work environment
Follow all safety protocols and adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines
High school diploma or equivalent
Ford Certification (Required)
ASE Certification (Required)
Previous experience at a Ford dealership (Preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician (Master Technician certification preferred)
Thorough knowledge of automotive systems components diagnostics and repair procedures
Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and tools
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently independently and in a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
