The Danish Branch in Copenhagen is looking for an additional colleague to support with daily operational tasks in the Office Management team.

We are looking for a young adult in the midst of a gap year to support us for the next six month with our busy workday 30 hours per week.

Key Accountabilities

• Supporting role of a diverse range of office management tasks
• Set the table for clients meeting
• Order catering for meetings
• Binding presentations
• Daily office routines
• Limited scope of translation from Danish to English
• Collaborate across teams and build strong relationships

Knowledge and Experience

• Previousworking experience
• Multi-tasking skills are considered as asset
