Global Commercial a key sub-function within Care Enablement plays a vital role in advancing Fresenius Medical Cares mission to improve the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease. The team brings together Sales Marketing Global Sales Excellence and Global Technical Operations working collaboratively to deliver high-quality medical devices technical services and impactful commercial strategies across global markets.
TASKS:
- Support from sales representatives and technical experts.
- Recording customer information.
- Maintaining contacts with customers (especially in the area of orders) and friendly communication with customers.
- Coordinating deliveries with ordering patterns and scheduled reports.
- Information on prices and product status.
- Monitoring the delivery of goods from picking to delivery to the end customer.
- Filing documents and monitoring the completeness of business case number series.
- Responsibility for material deliveries.
- Active cooperation with the warehouse.
- Cooperation with the accounting department in the area of stock records.
- Arranging transport with hospitals/centres/patients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed secondary education
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in Czech language
- Communicative knowledge of English language
- Credibility diligence
- Previous customer care experience (can be retail or restaurant experience)
- User knowledge of CRM software if you have worked with SAP that will be an advantage
