Essential Duties and Responsibilities

基本职责

1. To supervise his subordinations and be responsible for this areas product output and quality to meet the production plan and other requirement.

做好人员管理并对这一区域的产量及质量负责以满足生产计划

2. Participate the establishment of SOP or JIBs for every task in the operation area To ensure the concept of standardized operation is alive within the whole process.

做好与生产有关的SOPJIB 确保人员和设备按程序和标准生产

3. To maintain machines normal running.

4. To keep a stable process and good product quality.

保证过程稳定产品质量良好

5. Trouble shooting with the machine and the process.

解决机器运作和过程中的问题

6. To involve the new product validations.

参与新产品验证

7. To coach and develop process engineers and technicians to improve their technical skills.

培训和引导区域工程师和技术员提高他们的专业技术水平

8. To well liaise with other function on any issue to pursue the efficiency of problem solving so as to meet production goals.

9. Based on current process look for opportunity to set up new projects and make process innovation.

Education and/or Experience

教育和经验

Bachelors degree or above with engineering background. 5 years work experiences in a manufacturing environment including 3 years at medical device industry and project managements experience are preferred. Fluent in spoken English

工程类本科及以上学历制造类企业5年以上工作经验3年医疗器械行业有项目管理经验英文流利
