Job Summary
Maintenance Coordinator
We have 2 open positions for Maintenance Coordinators (2nd shift and 3rd shift) who will improve factory performance by increasing equipment availability reducing breakdowns and mean time to repair through preventive and corrective this role you will coordinate maintenance people on the shift and support them with troubleshooting in automation controls and mechanical systems as well as drive process improvements through World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and facilitate root cause analysis for breakdowns and failures.
This position is based in Sikeston MO.
Shift schedule (2 open positions):
A. 2nd shift (3:30PM - 11:30PM)
B. 3rd shift (11:20PM - 7:30AM)
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States.
What you will do
As a Maintenance Coordinator you will:
- Coordinate execution of Preventive Maintenance activities and arising corrective needs for the shift.
- Troubleshoot failures on equipment mechanical systems PLCs and drives including programming as needed.
- Drive a zero-downtime concept through loss analysis fault diagnoses troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment.
- Participate in new equipment and automation projects for loss eradication safety and life cycle management providing automation solutions and process improvements as needed.
- Ensure communication amongst shifts and facilitate SEAs (Single Event Analysis) with shift maintenance and maintain machine documentation in the Teams site as needed.
- Work with Inventory clerk to implement more modules of the E-maintenance system. Continue to add parts and increase use.
- Generate PRs for components need for supplies.
We believe you have
- Bachelors Degree Technical Degree or equivalent skills and experience
- Ideally Controls/Automation Technical Education/Training and/or Certification
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a maintenance department as an A-level Maintenance Repairperson or related experience.
- At least 1 to 2 years of PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience in Forklift Operation Millwright Trade or apprentice LME (License Mechanical Engineer) Controls Automation PLC programming or 01 Electrical License is a plus.
