SKF Automotive is shaping a new future and in 2026 we aim to become an independent companylisted on Nasdaq Stockholm. To ourGroup Compliance & Ethics Function wearesearchingfor an experiencedprofessionalwho wants to take theirexpertiseandevolvea compliance functionfor theglobal automotive markettogether with the role combines strategic development with hands-onimplementation of the Compliance & Ethics process and programs. Youwill work closely with business and regional teams providing operational support as well as governance training and risk assessments.
One of yourmainprojectswill be to develop implement andtake responsibility fortheTrade Compliance Program including sanctions export control and third-party risk management. As the function evolves other areas such as anti-corruption may come into role offersyouthe chance to apply yourexpertisewhile exploring new areas of compliance.
Key responsibilities:
Develop andmaintaintheExport Control & Sanctions Compliance Program including third party risk management coordinating implementation across business and regional areas as SKF Automotive transitions to independence.
Advise and support operations and other functions on trade compliance matters including reviewing contracts and managing third-party risk.
Conductriskassessmentand support operations with advisory opinions product classification anddeterminingexport license requirements.
Support with and conduct due diligenceand sanctions screeningon high-risk business partnersand transactions.
Maintain documentation to support audits and regulatory inquiries.
Educate employees suppliers and stakeholders on export controland sanctionsregulations.
Monitor legal and geopolitical developments within the field oftrade compliance andthird-partyrisk management.
Qualifications
Mastersdegree(or equivalent)in lawinternationalbusinesstradeor related field.
Extensive experience in compliance and ethics including direct responsibility in similar positions.
StrongknowledgeofEUregulatory requirementsin relation totrade sanctionsandexport of USand other localregulatoryrequirements isdesirable.
Experience working with the development or improvement ofcompliance programs in a multinational environment including experience and ability to lead projects/programsand influence stakeholders across regions.
Proficiencyin business English including both written and verbal communication.

This position is located at SKF Automotives headquarters in Gothenburg and we will hire on a local contract. You will report to the Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer at SKF Automotive.
