We are inviting you to join Howden ČKD Compressors and become a lead of our Sales team which is based in Prague Area Czech Republic. We are a custom manufacturer in the field of mechanical engineering our customers are either end users such as chemical plants smelters or refineries or EPC companies that provide equipment supplies and their installation at end users.
What Will You Do
Lead and develop the local sales team to achieve strategic objectives.
Drive business growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
Ensure operational excellence by aligning sales activities with company goals.
Adapt strategies to market changes securing the organisations long-term success.
This role is not only about managing salesit is about shaping the future of the business through strategic leadership customer focus back office management and operational discipline.
Your Experience Should Be...
High school / University
Technical mindset and skills
Language skills (CZ ENG)
Proactive approach
Excellent negotiation skills
Presentation skills
Willing to travel
