HOURLY PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE $32-$38 PER HOUR SIGN ON BONUS OF $5K PAID OUT OVER 1ST YEAR.
The Holgate Center is a CCRC in the heart of SE Portland and we are looking for a caring compassionate person to join our Friendship Health Center Skilled Nursing Staff. This Skilled Nursing Facility is a resident focused care community with a long history. We need an adaptive and caring individual who wants to provide the highest quality of care not only for our residents but development and growth for the staff as well.

Position Purpose | May provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal state and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures. |
SALARY
- $32.00 - $38.00 DOE & $5k bonus paid during 1st year of employment

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
Graduated from an accredited college or university.
Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Oregon State.
Current CPR certification.
