The Superintendent plays a critical role in construction practices and projects relating to pavement marking operations. Key Responsibilities:

Leads crews in job and project management in the shop and on worksites.
Schedules crews and projects daily.
Communicates with contractors and other Century teammates as necessary.
Ensures work is completed safely and efficiently.
Mindful of budgets in the field and in the shop.

Qualifications:

Prior construction management experience.
Superior understanding of blueprints (read and comprehend).
Knowledge of scheduling work teams and material.
Thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.
Time management skills to work independently or collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills to convey information between clients and field personnel
High school diploma or GED.
