Key Responsibilities:
- Leads crews in job and project management in the shop and on worksites.
- Schedules crews and projects daily.
- Communicates with contractors and other Century teammates as necessary.
- Ensures work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Mindful of budgets in the field and in the shop.
Qualifications:
- Prior construction management experience.
- Superior understanding of blueprints (read and comprehend).
- Knowledge of scheduling work teams and material.
- Thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.
- Time management skills to work independently or collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills to convey information between clients and field personnel
- High school diploma or GED.
