Job Summary
Job Posting: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Pediatric Oncology
Location:The Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore MD
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
- Days 10 and 12 hour shifts.
- Weekend coverage required as often as every third weekend (typically one weekend per month or less).
- On-call responsibility approximately once a month or less.
Position Overview:
Join the renowned Pediatric Oncology team at The Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Cellular this role you will provide exceptional compassionate care to pediatric oncology patients in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. Your contributions will help advance the cutting-edge treatments and patient-centered care that define Johns Hopkins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality comprehensive care to pediatric oncology patients.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions identify changes and take appropriate interventions.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans procedures and long-term care needs.
- Participate in weekend and on-call rotations as required.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure and certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care or Physician Assistant.
- Acute Care training and certification required.
- Pediatric experience is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills.

Salary Range: Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
