Job Summary
Kensington School a well-established and respected private preschool offering full-day programs for infants through pre-kindergarten is seeking passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teachers and Teacher Assistants to join our growing team. Our Teacher Assistant and Teacher Substitutes will have a full time schedule but may be asked to report to work at a nearby school in Naperville or surrounding area.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children under 5 years old
- Passion for working with young children
- Open availability for full-time work Monday through Friday. This is a 12 month position.
- Must meet DCFS licensing requirements for classroom roles
- Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to report to select school locations
Compensation:
- Lead Teachers: Starting at $40000 annually (paid hourly based on experience)
- Teacher Assistants: Starting at $35000 annually (paid hourly based on experience)
