Project/Program:DMV Transformation
Job Description:
The Expert Business Analyst will be expected to provide Business Analysis support for the DMV Transformation program
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Use recognized business analysis methodologies to elicit requirements from business users
Attend meetings facilitate and lead requirements sessions with team members
Communicate efficiently the business process requirements to IT staff program staff and stakeholders
Develop and document Business Requirements
Develop analyze and revise system diagrams (flowcharts state diagrams strategy maps etc.) as needed on the project
Ensure that requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at the analysis and testing phases
Track and fully document changes for functional and business specifications
Demonstrate Business Analyst processes and techniques to other team members
Participate in developing test plans for the project to ensure that program requirements are met
Create status reporting mechanism to monitor the status of the above activities
Mandatory Qualification:
Business Analyst: Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
Expert: 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months of experience using fundamental Business Analyst processes methodologies tools and techniques and adapting them to the organization.
- 84 months experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements/rules from project participants.
- 84 months experience in ensuring that requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at the analysis and testing phase
- 84 months experience in analyzing and revising system diagrams (use cases flowcharts state diagrams strategy maps etc.) as needed on the project
- 84 months experience in facilitation of gathering requirements from 30 or more project participants including tracking and communicating those requirements
- 84 months experience working with a governmental agency
