Major Accountabilities:
Identify critical healthcare system barriers blocking Pluvicto/RLT adoption across international markets including infrastructure gaps outdated radiosafety regulations unclear referral pathways and capacity constraints that prevent commercial scale.
Mobilize and engage credible external stakeholdersmedical societies (ESMO regional oncology associations) key opinion leadersto co-develop evidence-based recommendations and solutions that address system-level barriers.
Lead the development of high-impact evidence through white papers publications and consensus guidelines on critical topics including referral pathway standardization radiosafety and patient discharge protocols and human radioactive waste managementpositioning these issues for action.
Partner with the Policy RLT team to enable stakeholders to elevate healthcare system barriers onto public policy agendas driving system-level changes such as national capacity investment treatment center infrastructure development and outpatient protocol adoption.
Collaborate with country teams to understand market-specific priorities co-design proof-of-concept projects capture insights from local experiences and share best practices across international markets to accelerate solution adoption.
Partner with the International RLT Account & Ecosystem Director to translate healthcare system insights into local and center-level barriers and opportunities ensuring system-level changes enable treatment center expansion and optimization.
Work closely with Global Medical Affairs (GMA) International Medical Affairs (IMA) and Access teams to ensure evidence development aligns with RLT HCS strategy.
Measure impact by tracking healthcare system readiness improvements at country levelincluding policy adoptions capacity guideline changes and stakeholder endorsementsthat remove barriers and enable commercial growth (HCS scorecard).
Present strategic insights and impact recommendations to senior leaders including the Commercial Leadership Team Country Presidents regional heads and country Therapeutic Area leads demonstrating how healthcare system transformation unlocks revenue potential.
Essential Requirements:
5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with demonstrated expertise in healthcare system projects health policy development or market access strategy.
Proven experience working at the intersection of clinical evidence and health policy with the ability to translate complex healthcare system challenges into actionable solutions and policy recommendations.
Strong background in oncology and RLT with deep understanding of treatment pathways healthcare delivery systems and the structural barriers that impact patient access to innovative therapies.
Demonstrated success in engaging with senior external stakeholders including medical societies key opinion leaders policy experts and international health organizations.
Track record of evidence generation and thought leadership including publications white papers or policy guidelines that have influenced healthcare system practices or policy decisions.
Experience working across international markets with ability to understand diverse healthcare system architectures regulatory environments and policy-making processes.
Ability to operate in ambiguous complex environments where success depends on influence rather than direct authoritybuilding consensus among diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.
