Duties:

• Attend scheduled appointments and participate in weekly team meetings.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

• Provide accurate on-site quotes and assist with installations.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

• Design personalized landscapes and ensure contracts are handled efficiently.

• Flexibility to work from home or the office.

Ideal Qualifications:

• HIS Licensed (highly preferred in CA).

• Experience in artificial turf or landscaping is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and punctuality.

• At least 1 year of outside sales experience preferably in Home Services.

• Experience with Service Titan is preferred.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage a full calendar.

• Access to reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive commission structures with earning potential ranging from $100000 to $250000 per year.
