Shaw Industries isseekingto hireasupervisorto lead our Regional Redistribution Center(RDC)locatedinAlbuquerqueNewMexico. This leader will have ownership of the associate and customer experience at processesinclude but are not limited to receiving storing order processing shipping and delivery of floor covering turfand related materials and the associates involved with those supervisor will haveon-siteresponsibility forfacilityoperationsincludingoversightof RDCstaffandcouldalso be involved in performing dailyRDCprocesseson a regular dutiescould include lift truck operation(receiving and shipping) clerical and administrative functionsorder processingand residential deliveriesas needed. This supervisor will report to a Shaw RDC manager at anotherShaw location.

Responsibilities:
- Directup to 4associatestotal consisting oftwoClass-A CDL drivers andas many astwowarehouse/office associates.
- Service Shaw customers indesignated areas of NewMexico Southern Colorado andtheEl Paso TXmarket.
- Ensure a safe work environment is provided for all associates to include compliance with all DOT and OSHA requirements.
- Establish andmaintaina positive working relationship with all employees in the facility. Conductregularassociatemeetings asrequired/neededto discuss safety quality and policy requirements.
- Motivate associates byassistingand empowering them to achieve facility goals and implement improvement processes as needed.
- Ensure effectiveutilizationofRDC assets.
- Serve as the point of contact for customers Shaw sales and internal business partnersmaintainingeffective communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor andmaintainhigh standardsof customer satisfactionidentifyinganyopportunitiesto enhanceservice resolve servicegaps andstrengthenrelationships.
- Collaborate with delivery partners to schedule and track customer deliveries ensuring on-time service.
- Document the need for and recommend disciplinary action whenwarranted.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of lead/supervisory experience in adistribution/warehouse or associate degree School Diploma/GEDrequired.
- Goodverbal and writtencommunication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks.
- Must have good computer skills including but not limited to Excel Word and other software management systems and Point ofSaletechnologies is preferred.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Preferred:Background in DOT Compliance issues
