Join a compassionate close-knit healthcare team at a critical access hospital nestled in the scenic beauty of northern New Hampshire. Were seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient-centered care on the Medical/Surgical Unit.
About the Role
As a key member of the patient care team youll use your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to ensure excellent outcomes and a supportive environment for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process.
- Triage patients assess symptoms and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications monitor for reactions and evaluate patient responses.
- Document all care activities treatments and progress toward goals.
- Educate patients and families on care plans recovery and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
