Job Summary
Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to design implement and maintain robust Oracle database environments ensuring high availability security and optimal performance.

Required Qualification:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofMemphis TN or Richardson TX orHartford CTorIndianapolis IN orRaleigh NC orTempe AZorbe willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Install configure and upgrade Oracle DB software and related products.
- Perform performance tuning monitoring and query optimization.
- Implement and maintain database security roles and privileges.
- Execute backup and recovery operations using RMAN and other tools.
- Monitor database health and proactively resolve issues.
- Automate routine tasks using Shell PL/SQL Python etc.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Maintain documentation for configurations procedures and policies.
