We are seeking an exceptional technology leader to drive FNBOs enterprise-wide AI literacy and adoption through strategic business partnership workforce enablement and adoption excellence. This role manages and facilitates use case collection value mapping and partnerships with leadership teams to align on priority and sequencing of AI initiatives across the organization. The position combines strategic program support with hands-on enablement ensuring AI capabilities are effectively adopted measured and optimized throughout the enterprise while building organizational AI literacy and capability.
About This Role:
- Strategic AI Adoption and Transformation Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive 3-5 year AI transformation initiatives with clear capability milestones and business alignment Own enterprise use case intake prioritization and portfolio management across all AI initiatives Maintain centralized backlog of use case requests and commitments with transparent tracking and reporting Establish and execute structured quarterly Data and AI strategy updates for business unit leadership Design and facilitate use case ideation workshops with standardized methodologies for consistent value identification
- Partnership and Collaboration: Partner closely with HR Learning & Development to design and deliver persona-based AI curriculum (general AI Ivy Snowflake etc.) Collaborate with Change Management teams to establish AI Champions framework and drive adoption strategies within business units Work directly with Business Unit leaders to facilitate workshops gather requirements and align AI initiatives with strategic objectives Coordinate with business partners to host Communities of Practice discussions and cross-functional learning sessions Partner with HR and Change Management to design and scale organizational AI literacy programs
- Adoption and Enablement: Lead Communities of Practice initiatives bringing together employees to share AI innovations and learnings across the organization Own and scale bring your laptop AI workshops expanding reach and impact across the enterprise in partnership with business units Serve as primary intake point for both bottom-up employee innovation and structured business unit initiatives Develop and maintain capability inventory and marketing materials to promote AI adoption and education Facilitate cross-business unit knowledge sharing and best practice development
- Performance Management and Communication: Develop AI Literacy and Adoption measurement frameworks to track progress towards strategic goals and effectiveness of learning and development resources. Assess actual adoption versus planned outcomes for continuous improvement. Author and coordinate monthly leadership updates bi-weekly CIO updates and quarterly SMT communications working closely with Data and AI leadership
- Team Support (as applicable): Support and coordinate with technology resources working on workforce adoption use case management and ROI measurement initiatives

Required:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 7 years professional experience and 3 years experience with technology adoption
- Demonstrated experience working in regulated environments and proven results
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms establish rapport and persuade others
- Experience driving adoption of emerging technologies in regulated industries or enterprise environments
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML capabilities with track record of rapidly building domain expertise
Desired:
- Experience in Financial Services or another highly regulated field
- Experience working with Data in different capacities
- Certification in Change Management (Prosci ADKAR) or Project Management (PMP Agile)
- Previous experience leading digital transformation or innovation programs
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $105443.00-$179253.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience education and/or skill level.

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
