OUR VISION OF THE ROLE:
HR Data Management and Administrative Intern will be critical in structuring and maintaining the foundational data systems that support our network of contractors. You will transform raw information into organized actionable data directly enabling the effective management communication and development of our contractor base. This role offers the unique opportunity to design and implement efficient data workflows using modern tools like Airtable and Heartbeat.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Database Management:
- Systematically entering updating and verifying contractor information within our Airtable database to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Assisting in the design and optimization of Airtable base structures fields and views to improve usability and data retrieval.
- System Integration & Maintenance:
- Working with the Heartbeat platform to ensure seamless and accurate uploading of courses documents and company updates to the contractor network.
- Auditing and reconciling data across multiple platforms (Airtable and Heartbeat) to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Data Organization & Analysis Support:
- Managing and standardizing data related to contractor scorecards and performance metrics.
- Developing basic reporting dashboards or summary views to help management track key data points effectively.
- Administrative Support:
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to contractor onboarding document collection and data compliance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration Information Systems Data Science or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet or database software (e.g. Google Sheets Excel or similar).
- Ability to work independently and manage recurring data tasks efficiently.
