The role

As an HR Assistantyoullplay an essential part in keeping our HR service running smoothly supporting the fullcolleaguelifecycleand contributing to key HR processes across the school. From recruitment administration safer recruitment checks and updating HR systemsorganisinginterviews and managing the HR inbox your work will playan important rolein supporting colleagues throughout the school.

Youllwork closely with our HR Director Senior HR AdvisorSenior HR & PayrollAssistantandpart-timeHR Assistantas part of a smallclose-knit friendly and genuinely committed to supporting eachotherandwerelooking for someonewhollbring the same positive energy. We work hard we laugh a lot and we always have each others backs.

In the school holidays weoperatea flexible and mostly remote working pattern withrota-based time on site to suit the needs of the lovely balance and offers a great rhythm throughout the year.

Whatwerelooking for

Youdontneed to have years ofexperiencebutwerelooking for someone who is:

  • Organisedenthusiasticand eager to learn.

  • Great withpeople and confident communicating with colleagues at all levels.

  • Discreet andprofessional;youllbe working with sensitive and confidential information.

  • Meticulous and efficient with a real eye for detail.

  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

  • IT savvy especially with the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Positiveadaptableand someone who likes to make things better.

  • Experience in HR or a customer-facing/admin role would be useful but the key is someone with the right attitude and a genuine interest in HR.
