DevOps Engineer

Are you passionate about infrastructure and automation Do you have an interest in the stock market and investing If so this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a Senior DevOps engineer whos based in Sweden with a valid work permit to join our DevOps team.

As part of the DevOps team you will make sure everythings in running order collaborate closely with developers for existing infrastructure or new projects and also interact with other non-technical teams so everyone gets the proper tools and services running reliably. Your work will directly shape the user experience and help scale our rapidly growing platform.

Responsibilities

• Design implement and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure on AWS
• Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters for containerised applications
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform & Atlantis
• Improve observability using Grafana Labs LGTM stack
• Collaborate proactively with development teams on any relevant topics
• Deal with everything infrastructure-related across the board be it reliability or troubleshooting optimizing DX as well as keeping track of the costs.

Required skills

We believe youll thrive if you:

• Have solid experience with AWS services (EKS IAM EC2 RDS S3 Lambda etc.)
• Are proficient in Kubernetes including deployment scaling and troubleshooting.
• Have strong experience with Infrastructure as Code particularly Terraform while enjoying the occasional Python & Bash scripts
• Are skilled in observability tools such as Grafana Mimir and Loki
• Have experience with CI/CD tools (we use Github Actions & ArgoCD) and best practices
• Actively contribute to a friendly collaborative work environment over Slack Linear & Notion
• Feel comfortable in a high-tempo environment where priorities can shift quickly
• Are fluent in English (our company language) both written and spoken

Desired qualities

• Be self-driven proactive and take full ownership of your projects
• Communicate clearly and effectively thriving in a high-paced collaborative environment
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements (SoC2 type I and II)
• Be able to balance pragmatism with craftsmanship knowing when to move fast and when to build for long-term scalability
• An interest in finance and the financial markets is a big plus
