Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one and small-group support to accelerate learning.

- Prepare and adapt resources and maintain a safe organised learning area.
- Help supervise breaktimes support transitions and contribute to pastoral care in Ealing.
Person specification
- Previous experience working in schools or with children and confidence delivering interventions as a Teaching Assistant.
- Patient adaptable and able to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills and a commitment to inclusive practice in Ealing.
- Available to start January 2026 and to attend induction and handover before January 2026.
