As a Customer Engagement & Monetization Manager you will be part of a team that is reinventing how fans interact with immersive content. You will create AI-powered data-driven customer journeys that go far beyond traditional CRM emotional personalized and seamlessly connected across VR and digital touchpoints.
With analytical precision creative thinking and a passion for innovation you will merge data technology and storytelling into a new standard of experience. You bring structure to vision make innovation tangible and help shape a completely new way of experiencing sports and entertainment.
Tasks
- Develop and optimize AI-driven customer journeys across all channels (email in-app push social VR)
- Build a scalable CRM ecosystem with a focus on automation personalization and integrated data flows
- Use AI models for segmentation user behavior prediction and communication strategy optimization
- Collaborate closely with Product Tech and Brand to create emotional experiences that blend technology with storytelling
- Develop and test innovative monetization models (upsells sponsored interactions dynamic VR overlays)
- Run data-driven experiments and KPI-based iterations to continuously improve performance
- Work autonomously with the freedom to explore new ideas pilot projects and creative experiments
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in CRM lifecycle marketing growth or digital engagement ideally within media sports or tech
- Strong understanding of data-driven customer experience AI-based personalization and funnel optimization
- Experience building CRM architectures segmentation logic and automated workflows
- Innovative mindset strong initiative and excitement for creating something new
- Passion for sports immersive technology and the future of digital experiences
- Fluent in German and English
