Role: ServiceNow AI-Assist Consultant

About: As a ServiceNow AI-Assist Consultant you will help clients adopt and implement ServiceNows AI/Gen-AI capabilities (Now Assist Virtual Agent AI-Search etc.) to improve automation user-experience and operational efficiency. You will work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs configure / develop AI-powered solutions and ensure adoption governance and smooth rollout of AI features.
Required Experience:
- 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform (configuration development module customization workflows integrations) - with a portion of that time dedicated to AI/Gen-AI or NowAssist features.
- Technical skills: strong scripting/development skills (e.g. JavaScript Flow Designer APIs/Integrations UI/Portal development maybe Web technologies like HTML/CSS if portal/UI work).
- Platform Knowledge: familiarity with ServiceNow core modules (ITSM/ITAM/CSM/Service Portal etc.) data configuration integrations (APIs LDAP/SSO maybe) and ServiceNow AI-related components (Virtual Agent AI Search Task/Document Intelligence NowAssist Agents etc.).
- Analytical & problem-solving skills: ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions troubleshoot issues optimize existing configurations and resolve conflicts or performance issues.
- Consulting / Customer-facing skills: Gather business requirements lead & facilitate workshops communicate clearly with stakeholders (technical & non-technical) prepare proposals / documentation / solution design and sometimes engage in pre-sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assess customers existing ITSM / ITAM / Service Portal / workflow processes to identify opportunities for AI automation enhanced search virtual-agent interactions auto-resolution knowledge-base augmentation etc.
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions using ServiceNow platform tools: e.g. NowAssist skills AI Agents Virtual Agent AI Search Generative-AI for document intelligence / task intelligence / auto-resolution flows.
- Conduct requirement-gathering / design workshops with clients define use cases data needs user flows acceptance criteria.
- Configure Service Portal UI/UX components workflows automation integrations (APIs / external systems) to support AI-enhanced experiences for agents or end-users.
