Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- 5-month onsite contract Full Stack Java Developer position in Jersey City NJ (potential for extension).
- Develop and maintain robust Java applications including both front-end and back-end components.
- Design and build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using modern Java frameworks.
- Deploy monitor and manage applications using Kubernetes or AWS cloud environments.
- Implement and maintain DevOps pipelines with tools such as Jenkins Docker Git and CI/CD.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues; participate in on-call support as needed.
- Work within Agile teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Focus on performance optimization scalability and secure coding practices.
- Ensure high code quality automation and reliability through CI/CD best practices.
- Document technical solutions and contribute to code reviews.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills required.
